Welcome to Freedom Falcon Academy (FFA). These Terms of Service (ToS) govern your use of our website, courses, and services. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to be legally bound by the terms set out below. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not proceed with your purchase.

1. Course Content and Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, materials, videos, documents, logos, and intellectual property associated with FFA are the sole property of FFA and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, sharing, reselling, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any FFA content without our prior written consent.

2. No Guarantee of Results

  • Disclaimer of Earnings: While we provide tools and strategies that have worked for us, including the potential to earn $4,000 per month within 11 months while working 10 hours per week, we do not guarantee that you will achieve these results. Any income or earnings statements are estimates of what you may achieve based on our personal experience and are not typical or guaranteed outcomes.
  • Individual Success: Your success depends on a variety of factors, including your dedication, experience, skill level, and market conditions. FFA makes no representations or warranties regarding your potential results. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that there is no assurance you will achieve similar results.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Options: FFA offers both one-time payment and installment payment options (up to 6 months). Payments are processed securely through Kajabi, and by purchasing, you agree to Kajabiā€™s terms and conditions as well.
  • Failed Payments: In the event of a failed payment for installment plans, FFA reserves the right to suspend access to course content until payment is completed. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date.

4.Ā Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund if you have consumed 49% or less of the course video content and submit your refund request within 60 days of your purchase. Our refund policy is outlined separately and can be accessed [here]. By purchasing access to our courses, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.
  • No Refund for Termination: If your access is terminated due to a breach of these terms or non-payment, you will not be entitled to a refund.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Expected Behavior: All students are expected to engage respectfully within the FFA community. Harassment, illegal activities, spamming, or self-promotion are strictly prohibited.
  • Content Moderation: FFA reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. Repeated violations may result in termination of access without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • General Limitation: FFA, its affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, unauthorized access, or reliance on any information provided in our courses.
  • Monetary Cap: In any event, FFAā€™s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course or service, regardless of the nature of the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

  • Binding Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these ToS or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This means you waive your right to pursue disputes in court.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with FFA on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.
  • Governing Law: These ToS are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Termination of Access

  • Grounds for Termination: FFA reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our courses and services at any time, without notice, if you breach these terms or fail to make required payments.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use FFA content will cease immediately. No refunds will be issued in the event of termination due to a breach of these terms.

9. Modification of Terms

  • Right to Modify: FFA reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Affiliate Disclosure

  • Affiliate Links: Some links within our course materials or on our website may be affiliate links, meaning FFA may earn a commission if you purchase through those links. All such links will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws.
  • User-Generated Content: User-generated content containing affiliate links is not permitted and will be removed without notice.

11. Global Compliance

  • GDPR and CCPA Compliance: For users in the European Union and California, FFA complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have rights regarding your personal data, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
