OVERVIEW:

Hello and welcome! We are the Hobart Brands and we are looking for an ambitious, detailed, results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team.

The Hobart Brands umbrella consist of two major brands:

Hobarts Abroad - content for digital nomads 

Sumner & Ali - content regarding online business

 Our brands create content on these platforms:

• TikTok
• Twitter
• Instagram
• YouTube

 WEEKLY TASKS:

Between these two brands we currently have about 9 hours worth of work per week but there can be future opportunities for increased hours.

Weekly tasks listed below:

• Re-post influencer shoutouts to social channels with captions (YouTube shorts, IG, FB, TikTok) 
• Create 2 IG polls
• Create captions with hashtags & schedule for 14 vertical videos for TikTok, IG, YouTube shorts.
  • Re-purpose IG content to post on Twitter 
• Monthly analytics reports for 2 brands 
• Develop 80 short video content ideas per month

RATE: $40/ hour

NOTE: this position is paid weekly at a flat rate of $360 / week for approximately 9 hours of effort (averaging $40/ hour).

 REQUIREMENTS:
 

We’re looking for someone who eats, breathes, sleeps, and lives social media trends & strategy. 

We’re not looking for someone to post pretty graphics on Instagram. We’re looking for the one person who is going to take our content and product funnel and massively grow our following and sales. 

• 2+ years as a social media manager. (If you are not - don’t apply)
• Must speak fluent English
• Proven client growth results
• Attention to detail. Somebody who doesn’t “miss” things.
• Doesn’t write generic, run-of-the-mill captions
• Familiarity using social media scheduling tools
• Must have experience creating stunning graphics & videos
